Author: Dr. Elfana Suleymanova Medically reviewed

The choice of sport must be individualized according to the existing problem. A sport considered “good for everyone” may be harmful for a person with scoliosis, a herniated disc or hyperlordosis.

Advice for children

There should be movement and a variety of activities every day: swimming, gymnastics, dancing. For children with scoliosis, we recommend the rehabilitation and safe fitness programs available at our center.
