Heel spur and plantar fasciitis

Do you feel a needle-like pain in your heel with your first steps in the morning?

A heel spur is a sharp bony outgrowth that forms on the heel bone and usually presents with pain under the heel. Plantar fasciitis, on the other hand, is tightening or inflammation of the plantar fascia on the sole of the foot.

  • Correcting muscle imbalances
  • Manual therapy and osteopathic techniques
  • Exercises aimed at relaxing the plantar fascia
  • Ultrasound therapy and shockwave treatment
