When you get your child ready for school, is their body ready too?

We buy notebooks, a uniform, a school bag. But will their body cope with sitting 4–5 hours a day?

Unfortunately, many first-graders are already complaining of back and leg pain by the time winter approaches.

It is important to have the musculoskeletal system checked before school starts. The summer break is the best opportunity to devote time to your child’s health.

The problems parents most often come to us with

  • The child’s crooked sitting posture
  • Shoulders rolling forward
  • Feet turning inward (valgus)
  • Postural disorders

Once school starts, schoolchildren are loaded down with lessons and homework. Yet the physical development of a growing body is very important.

We look not at where the pain is, but at where it comes from.
