My work focuses mainly on the musculoskeletal system, postural problems and pain reduction. My special area is scoliosis rehabilitation. I mainly use individual corrective exercises based on the Schroth method and apply an approach suited to the three-dimensional deformity of the spine. Especially in moderate and advanced scoliosis, I work on postural correction, improving body symmetry, establishing correct breathing and developing functional movement.
