Vacuum therapy (vacuum cupping massage)

A technique from ancient Eastern medicine that uses cups and cupping massage.

Vacuum therapy works by creating a vacuum that acts on the skin, muscle tissue and blood vessels. The procedure helps normalize blood flow and stimulates the healing processes of the tissues.

How is it performed?

During the procedure, a special vacuum device and cups of various sizes are used. The cups are applied so that the skin rises by approximately 1 cm. In some cases they remain static; in others, the specialist uses them to perform massage movements in the direction of lymphatic flow. Each session starts from 10 minutes.
