I, Nəzrin Abdullayeva, work as a receptionist at the Elfcenter Scoliosis and Rehabilitation Centre. I make sure that patients are welcomed and that registration is carried out correctly and promptly. I listen to patients' requests and refer them to the appropriate doctors and specialists. Organising appointment times and keeping patients informed are among my main duties. I give patients initial information about the services offered at the centre. I try to communicate with every patient politely, attentively and with understanding. My aim is to help patients receive comfortable and proper service from the moment they contact the centre.
